1 · Product & clinical claims

Clinical sign-off on every claim — the "demonstrated competency" / Standard wording, framed as evidence, not fear-based accreditation urgency.
The Verify card (13×13cm) content approved and matches what ships in the kit.
Demo video + WHO 7-step quick-start correct and accessible from the page/kit.
Safety / handling info for the UV torch + teaching gel is present and correct.
Testimonial secured (or the launch consciously runs without one).

2 · Landing page & SEO

Deploy the page to ipservices.care/verify — resolves (no 404), loads on mobile + desktop, images/video work.
AU/NZ price + inc-GST figures show correctly ($108.90 / $113.85), and the Buy button reaches checkout.
Page is indexable (not noindex / not robots-blocked); SEO title + meta description set.
Sitemap refreshed in Google Search Console; request indexing of /verify.
Open Graph image + title correct when the link is shared.

3 · Shopify — physical product

Inventory quantities set and tracked (so it can't oversell).
Shipping rates + freight configured for AU and NZ; delivery timeframe shown at checkout.
Returns / refund + shipping policy published.
Test checkout end-to-end: add to cart → shipping calculates → correct total → confirmation.
Custom domain confirmed (not the raw myshopify.com URL) for trust + SEO.

4 · Stock, dispatch & delivery

Physical stock on hand (kits, creme, torches) confirmed with Creme Factory / warehouse.
Pick-pack-dispatch process agreed; who packs, from where, how orders come through.
Courier / postage set up for AU + NZ; tracking provided to the customer.
Dispatch SLA agreed (e.g. shipped within X business days) and stated on the page/confirmation.
A test order is physically dispatched once, end-to-end, before the campaign send.

5 · Connections & tracking
