1 · Shopify — products, price & discount

Both listings live: Policy Hub AU (/products/policy-hub-au) + NZ (/products/policy-hub-nz).
Product images + descriptions correct on both regions.
Discount mechanism decided & correct: either listing set to $400 (no code) or listing $800 + code POLICYHUB50 = 50% → $400.Whichever it is, the email copy must match. If listings are already $400, tell Lyndon so the code line is removed.
GST shown correctly per region; currency is AUD on AU, NZD on NZ.
Code POLICYHUB50: 50% off, Policy Hub products only, expires 31 Aug 23:59, usage limits set.
Test checkout end-to-end: add to cart → code applies → correct total → order confirmation. (Use a 100%-off test or refund after.)
Order confirmation email correct, and the fulfilment / access path is defined — how a buyer gets Policy Hub access, and how fast.

2 · SEO & Google indexing

Product pages are indexable — Shopify "hidden from search engines" is OFF; not blocked in robots.txt.
SEO title + meta description set on each product (the 2-paragraph SEO text).
Customer-facing domain confirmed. ⚠️ Links are ea794d-59.myshopify.com — is that the intended public URL, or should it be a custom domain (e.g. shop.ipservices.care)? The default myshopify domain looks unbranded and is weaker for trust + SEO.
Canonical URLs correct; submit/refresh the sitemap in Google Search Console and request indexing of the two product URLs.
Social / Open Graph preview (image + title) looks right when a link is shared.

3 · Connections & tracking

Shopify ↔ MailerLite connection working — purchases sync back and buyers are tagged (so we can exclude them from reminders).
UTMs consistent on every link: utm_campaign=policyhub_50_julaug (+ source/medium).
GA4 / analytics receiving campaign traffic; purchase conversion tracked.
MailerLite connector reconnected in claude.ai (for Marta / live reporting).
Country field populated for AU/NZ routing — or both region links shown in the email.

4 · MailerLite — email content & audience

Audience: Tier 1 + Tier 2; exclude existing Policy Hub owners, Quarantine bots, anyone emailed in the last 7 days.
Copy matches the approved draft: "our Policy Hub", the guarantee wording, 40+ policies, the stay-current angle.
Price in email = $400 +GST (normally $800) — matches Shopify exactly.
Deadline = 31 August; send dates right (E1 now; E2 ~mid-Aug; E3 ~late-Aug).
Subject A/B + preheader set (value-first, no emoji).
CTA buttons → correct AU/NZ Shopify URLs + UTMs; code shown matches Shopify (if code-based).
Sender = Bridgette, reply-to a monitored inbox (not no-reply).
Compliance footer: entity name, ABN/NZBN, physical address, working unsubscribe.
Merge tags render (name fallback works); AU/NZ spelling; no typos.

5 · MailerLite — test & send

Test send to self + team; check desktop AND mobile; images load; every link works.
Click each CTA → lands on the correct product page → discount applies.
E2 (mid-Aug) + E3 (late-Aug) scheduled to non-buyers only; buyers suppressed.
KPI set to judge on clicks / click-to-open, not opens (Apple MPP inflates opens).
Discount confirmed live → send Email 1 → log the send time.

6 · After it's live — verify

Do one real end-to-end purchase the moment it's live (email → page → code → checkout → confirmation → access); refund the test.
Monitor first 30–60 min: deliverability, clicks, the reply inbox, any error reports.
Watch bounce / unsubscribe — a spike means something's off; be ready to pause.
