7 role-based charts finalised + clinically signed off and print-ready.
Landing page created & live (Lyndon is building it).

Print run + stock + dispatch ready (physical product).
MailerLite funnel built (clone the HH-Kit pack; reciprocal cross-sell).

Bridgette / Dianne

7 role-based charts finalised: Clinical Services, Cleaning, Kitchen, Laundry, Support Services, Outbreak, MDRO/MRO.
Clinical sign-off — content current with AU/NZ standards & best practice; "residents" not patients; no fear framing.
Print-ready artwork — size, bleed, lamination spec, IPS brand v3 applied.
Decide what's in a "set of 5" vs the full 7 (so the bundle SKU is unambiguous).

Lyndon + Ameer

Create the landing page (doesn't exist yet) — positioning: bedside IPC quick-reference, pairs with the HH Kit.
Deploy to a confirmed URL; loads mobile + desktop; Buy button reaches checkout; prices show ($75 / $337.50 +GST).
Indexable (not noindex/robots-blocked); SEO title + meta set; sitemap → Google Search Console.
Open Graph preview correct when shared.

Ameer

Create SKUs: single chart $75 +GST, bundle of 5 $337.50 +GST; images + descriptions.
GST correct per region; currency AUD on AU / NZD on NZ.
Inventory quantities set + tracked.
Shipping / freight for AU + NZ; delivery timeframe shown; returns policy published.
Test checkout both single + bundle → correct total → confirmation.
Custom domain confirmed (not the raw myshopify.com URL).

Chantelle

Print run ordered (all 7 charts, laminated) with a supplier + cost confirmed.
Stock on hand for single + bundle; storage location known.
Pick-pack-dispatch process agreed (incl. how it bundles with a HH-Kit order).
Courier/postage AU + NZ; tracking; dispatch SLA stated on the page/confirmation.
One test order physically dispatched end-to-end before any campaign send.

Ameer + Caoimhe

Shopify ↔ MailerLite — buyers tagged (for the reciprocal HH-Kit cross-sell + post-purchase).
UTMs consistent (e.g. utm_campaign=flipcharts_launch); GA4 conversion tracked.
MailerLite connector reconnected in claude.ai (reporting / Marta).

Caoimhe

Build the campaign by cloning the HH-Kit 5-phase pack (reciprocal products — same audience).
Cross-sell wiring: HH-Kit buyers → Flip Charts offer, and Flip Charts buyers → HH-Kit (purchase-checked, don't sell what they own).
Audience: Tier 1 + Tier 2; exclude existing owners + bots + recently-emailed.
Price $75 / $337.50 +GST matches page + Shopify; links + UTMs tested.
Sender = Bridgette; compliance footer (entity, ABN/NZBN, address, unsubscribe).

Caoimhe + Lyndon

Test send desktop + mobile; every link works → page → checkout (single + bundle).
All critical-path items green → send → log time. KPI on clicks / CTOR.
One real end-to-end order (email → page → checkout → dispatch) once live; refund/return the test.
Monitor first 30–60 min + watch stock vs orders.
